Description: Informal Bids for “2026 - TOWN HALL BACKUP POWER” will be received by the Town of Southern Pines at the office of Public Works located at 801 SE Service Road, Southern Pines, North Carolina 28387, until 2:00 pm local time (EST) on 14th of May 2026. The work will generally consist of installing a Backup Generator to the new Town Hall located on 300 SW Broad Street. Specifications and proposal documents are open to public inspection and may be viewed at the Public Works Complex located at 801 SE Service Road, Southern Pines, North Carolina 28387, or downloaded from the Town of Southern Pines website at https://www.southernpines.net/bids.aspx . No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of 30 days. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
