Pre-Bid Conference: A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held Thursday, November 14, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. at the Polk Utilities Administration Building, located at 1011 Jim Keene Blvd, Room 63, Winter Haven, FL 33880. A MANDATORY site visit will follow immediately after the meeting. An authorized representative or agent of the Bidder must be present in person at both the meeting and at the site visit as evidenced by their signature on the meeting’s sign-in sheet, or the Bidder’s submittal will be considered non-responsive.
