Consultant services and construction will be funded by the City of Sioux City using TIF funds and GO Bonds under (CIP) Project Number 719-381, Hamilton Boulevard and Tri-View Avenue Intersection Improvements. The project budget, including traffic analysis, survey, design, inspection, and construction is $6,100,000.
