10:00 AM Eastern Florida State College is accepting proposals for a 10-year contract to provide custodial services. This is a request for guaranteed pricing for custodial services starting July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2035. All prospective RFP responders must attend a mandatory pre-RFP meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to provide for questions and answers as required to clarify the requirements and specifications contained in the RFP. Only those prospective RFP responders present will be deemed eligible to submit an RFP on this project. The pre-RFP meeting will be held Monday, February 3rd, 2025, 10:00am at Eastern Florida State College, Building 20, Conference Room 104, 1519 Clearlake Road, Cocoa, Florida, 32922.
