23-00723 Davis Scott YMCA Renovation

The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcast.com/bids for the Davis Scott YMCA Renovation.

Scope: The scope of work will include accessibility renovations in restrooms and showers; repair of cracks in the pool concrete; repair and patching of spalling concrete in the pool foundation and crawl space and utility tunnels; replacement of HVAC equipment and controls; replacement of plumbing equipment, piping and fixtures; replacement of electrical panelboards and distribution equipment and controls, incidental finish and building work to support the MEP equipment and piping replacements.
