Description: LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR MATERIALS The Town of Wareham is seeking and accepting sealed proposals for materials to build a Denitrifying Woodchip Bioreactor at the Wareham Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF). Proposals will be accepted at the Wareham Water Pollution Control Facility, 6 Tony’s Lane, Wareham, MA 02571 until 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, June 11, 2026. Proposals not submitted on original bid forms shall be deemed non-responsive. Proposal submissions must be made in a sealed envelope clearly marked Woodchip Bioreactor Materials – Wareham Water Pollution Control Facility - 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 11, 2026. The Town of Wareham assumes no liability for proposals mistakenly opened due to improperly labeled envelopes and will return same to bidder without notice. Proposal and specification documents may be obtained from the Wareham Water Pollution Control Facility at the above address and on the Town of Wareham’s website, https://www.wareham.gov/bids.aspx after 4:00 pm., Thursday May 14, 2026.
