The City of Rochester is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) software solution. Our organization aims to enhance project planning, project execution, improve portfolio visibility, and optimize resource management to drive operational efficiency. The selected solution should support strategic decision-making, foster collaboration, and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
