Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids are requested for performing work for resurfacing and repairs with asphalt concrete of various streets within the Town of Bedford, NY for the year 2026 as described in the specification sheet and contract documents. Bids will be received at the Office of the TOWN CLERK, TOWN OF BEDFORD, New York, 321 Bedford Rd. Bedford Hills, NY 10507 until 1.00 p.m. December 19, 2025, and are to be enclosed in a sealed envelope with a description of the above title on the outside of the envelope with the name of the person or persons making the same and their addresses, and addressed to the Town Clerk, 321 Bedford Rd., Bedford Hills, NY 10507. Said bid will be opened and read at or about 1.00 p.m., at the Town Hall on the above mentioned date. Contract Documents may be examined, at no expense, at the link below between November 29, 2025 and December 19, 2025.
