New York City Emergency Management (NYCEM) is currently seeking a vendor to provide pricing for Arcserve Premium Edition Annual Renewal. This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules. This procurement is exclusively for City Certified Minority and Woman-Owned Businesses (M/WBEs). The Contract awarded from this solicitation  may not exceed $1,500,000, inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals, and extensions. Please submit your bid by both acknowledging the receipt of the RFx in the Acknowledgement tab and completing your response in the Manage Responses tab.
