Project Description: Salt Lake County’s Office of Homelessness and Criminal Justice Reform (OHCJR), on behalf of the Salt Lake Valley Coalition to End Homelessness (SLVCEH), seeks proposals from qualified consultants or firms to facilitate the development of the next SLVCEH Strategic Plan and support a comprehensive strategic recalibration process.
The Salt Lake Valley Coalition to End Homelessness serves as the Continuum of Care (CoC) and oversees federal U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Continuum of Care funding and community-wide homelessness coordination efforts.
