TO OPEN FRIDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2026, 10 A.M., EASTERN TIME

The City of Phenix City is seeking bids for BID # UT2026-03 CHEMICAL BID

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked: Phenix City Utilities Dept./Chemical Bid

Bids must be submitted no later than Friday, October 16, 2026 at 9:30 a.m., Eastern Time at:

Phenix City Finance Department
Attn: Purchasing Agent
601 12th Street, Second Floor
Phenix City, Alabama 36867

Bids will be opened in the City Council Chambers located at 1111 Broad Street, Phenix City, Alabama.

No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the opening thereof.

The City reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the best and most responsible bidder.

A 5% bid bond or cashier’s check must be submitted with all bids. Failure to furnish cashier’s check or bid bond will cause bid to be rejected.
