TOWN OF SCITUATE

The Town of Scituate is seeking sealed bids for the Shingle Roof Removal and Replacement; Trim & Fascia

Repair; Chimney cap repairs, interiorroofrafter/beamreplacement at theCudworthHouseandBarnproperties

at 317 First Parish Rd. The invitation to Bid may be obtained from accounting@scituatema.gov. Sealed

bids will be received and publicly opened and read at 10:00 a.m. on April 21, 2026 in the Office of the

Town Administrator, Town Hall, Scituate, MA. An optional pre-bid conference will be held at 10AM on

April 6, 2026 at the Cudworth House site. The Town Administrator reserves the right to accept or reject

any bid, to waive any informality, to divide the award and to accept any bid deemed in the best interest

of the Town of Scituate. No electronic or faxed bids will be accepted.
