RFQ 2026-103 Station 96 Roof Replacement

Please be advised that a Second Addendum will be issued to address a

revised response to a previously submitted question. Contractors are

encouraged to review the updated addendum carefully and incorporate the

revised information into their proposals/bids as applicable.

Q08 – What gauge/thickness metal roof panel and flashings do you want? Typically, the

panels are 22 or 24 gauge, and the flashings are 22 or 24 gauges. 22 gauge is

recommended. It’s more durable and will whether foot traffic better.

Provide 26-gauge metal roof panels and 24-gauge metal flashings. All materials shall be

installed in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.

Revised Answer: Provide 24 gauge metal panels and 24 gauge metal flashing. All

materials shall be installed in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.
