Bid Title:	RFB: Urban Forestry Storm Response-U Dist Slant St Removals

Description: The City is seeking price quotations for hazard tree removals in the City right-of-way and other public properties in the University District and Slant Street neighborhoods. The intent of this RFP is to select one or more ISA-qualified tree removal contractors to provide all equipment, labor, materials, services and supplies necessary to perform street tree hanger removals as required by the following provisions and establish costs for the same. One ISA-qualified tree care contractor will be selected to provide all equipment, labor, materials, services and supplies necessary to remove specified hazard trees in the City as required by the following provisions and at established costs. Work will commence within ten business days of the contract award and must be completed within 90 days of the Notice to Proceed. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting at 9 AM, MDT, Thursday, October 31st, 2024, in the Park Operations conference room at 100 Hickory St, Missoula, MT 59801. Interested individuals may choose to attend in person or via Microsoft TEAMS (link in the attached bid document.) Questions regarding this RFP can be addressed at that time.
