INVITATION FOR BIDThe Board of Pueblo County Commissioners is seeking competitive bids for the following work:IFB No. 26-10 – REVISED - SEH Buildout at Pueblo County GSCSCOPE OF WORK – SEH Pueblo Office Renovation - Job NarrativeThe project to remodel a 5th floor suite at the old Wells Fargo building will have an oversight of Pueblo County ProjectManager and Property Manager. This will be referred to as SEH Pueblo Office Renovation. The Project will be Fully Fundedby SEH once final acceptance of the bid has been vetted. Architecture and MEP Design were completed by S.E.H. Thespecific technical question and clarification will be addressed by SEH through normal addendums during the formal bidprocess. General questions about access, time, and off-hours access will be addressed by the Building Property Managerusing the same addendum process.Contract time: 60 DaysBids will be received:at: purchasing@pueblocounty.usorPueblo County Purchasing, 215 W. 10th Street, Room 14, Pueblo, Colorado 81003Until: May 14, 2:00 P.M.
