INVITATION FOR BID
The Board of Pueblo County Commissioners is seeking competitive bids for the following work:
IFB No. 26-10 – REVISED - SEH Buildout at Pueblo County GSC
SCOPE OF WORK – SEH Pueblo Office Renovation - Job Narrative
The project to remodel a 5th floor suite at the old Wells Fargo building will have an oversight of Pueblo County Project
Manager and Property Manager. This will be referred to as SEH Pueblo Office Renovation. The Project will be Fully Funded
by SEH once final acceptance of the bid has been vetted. Architecture and MEP Design were completed by S.E.H. The
specific technical question and clarification will be addressed by SEH through normal addendums during the formal bid
process. General questions about access, time, and off-hours access will be addressed by the Building Property Manager
using the same addendum process.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will take place on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. MT. Potential bidders will
meet at the Pueblo County GSC, 201 W. 8th St., 81003, First Floor lobby by the elevators.

To be eligible to bid, bidder must obtain all bid documents from the Pueblo County Purchasing via e-mail at
purchasing@pueblocounty.us. Those wishing to obtain bidding document(s) directly from the office of the Pueblo
County Purchasing, must first call (719) 583-6097 to schedule an appointment to do so.
Bidders may submit their bid electronically to Purchasing@pueblocounty.us The subject line of the email must read: “Sealed
Bid, IFB No. 26-10 – REVISED - GSC SEH Pueblo Office Renovation”. Sealed bids may also be submitted via U.S. Mail
or Courier to Pueblo County Purchasing at the address listed above. Bidders wishing to hand-deliver their sealed bid, must call
Pueblo County Purchasing at (719) 583-6097 to schedule an appointment prior to delivering their bid.
Bids which are received after the time and date stated above will not be considered, and any bid so received after the scheduled
closing time and date mentioned above shall be returned to the submitting firm unopened. For electronically submitted bids,
the date and time listed in the Outlook Inbox for the above-referenced email address will be the official date and time of when
a bid was received.
