Description: The City of Fort Pierce, Florida (City) is requesting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit its financial statements,  the financial statements of the Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency a component unit of the City of Fort Pierce, and the financial statements of the Fort Pierce Utilities Authority, a discretely presented component unit for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, with the option of auditing its financial statements for each of the four subsequent fiscal years. The contract term is three (3) years, with two (2) one (1)- year renewals, subject to review. These audits are to be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and the standards listed in section C.
