Scope of Services
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the City of Sanford, Florida, a municipal corporation existing under the

laws of the State of Florida, inviting interested, licensed and qualified firms to submit competitive sealed

proposals in response to RFP 24/25-03, Brownfield Remediation for Fulton St. Complex, which consists of site

work for the Sanford Public Works Operations and Emergency Response Facility as outlined in the bidding

documents. The Work includes the clearing and grubbing of the site, preparation of a final site remediation and

cleanup plan, removal and proper disposal of contaminated soils in accordance with the final cleanup and

remediation plan, and grading of the site to leave in a pad ready state in accordance with the “Construction

Plans for the City of Sanford Rosemond Property” dated October 13, 2023. Bidding documents are available

for download from the web site www.myvendorlink.com under “Bid Solicitations” and under the Agency “City

of Sanford”. Sealed responses shall be submitted to the City of Sanford, Attention: Purchasing Division,

located at 300 N. Park Ave., Ste. 243, 2nd Floor, Sanford, Florida 32771. In lieu of sealed responses, Bidders

have the option to upload complete bid submittals to the website www.myvenderlink.com. Bids shall be

submitted or uploaded no later than 05/01/2025 at 2:00 P.M. Local Time. All questions shall be

submitted on VendorLink no later than 04/22/2025 at 2:00 P.M. Local Time.
