Project Description

Invitation to Bid - BIA Single Family Home

The Kenaitze Indian Tribe is seeking proposals from contractors qualified and interested in providing contractor services for the construction of a 800 square-foot two-bedroom ADA-compliant single-family home. The selected contractor shall provide professional oversight and delivery of all aspects of the construction services required to complete the project successfully, on time, and within the project’s budget. The Tribe is open to alternate options for building this home. The project is grant-funded and has a tight budget; please review the Invitation to Bid and associated documents, including a draft professional service agreement that will be finalized upon the selection of a contractor. A site visit is mandatory.
