ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for a “Portable Screener” will be received by the Highway Superintendent, Town of Poughkeepsie, 8 Burnett Boulevard, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603 until 11:00 a.m. (local time) April 6, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. All Bids must be made upon and in accordance with the forms prepared by the Town and shall be submitted (three copies, signed) in a sealed envelope marked: “Portable Screener”. Bidders are required to execute and submit with their bids (3), a Non-Collusion Bidding Certificate and an Iranian Energy Sector Divestment Certificate as attached to the Bid Package.
