ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDSSealed bids will be received until 10:00 A.M., December 9, 2025, by the Board of Commissioners,Chippewa County, at the office of Michelle May, County Auditor/Treasurer, Courthouse, Suite 2, 629 North11th Street, Montevideo, MN 56265 for the purpose of awarding a contract for the construction project listedbelow. Proposals will be opened and read publicly immediately after the hour set for receiving bids. Readcarefully the Wage Rates as they affect this project.S.P. 012-596-001 “TH 7-CR 15 PEDESTRIAN CROSSING IMPROVEMENTS (HAWK SYSTEM)”The major quantities are as follows:1 SYSTEM1,433 SQ FT243 TONTRAFFIC SIGNAL (HAWK) SYSTEMCONCRETE WALKBITUMINOUS PAVINGincluding removals, erosion control, traffic control, concrete curb & gutter, site restoration, turfestablishment and related items of construction according to plans and specifications on file in the office ofthe County Engineer.Immediately following expiration of the time for receiving bids, the County Engineer will publicly open andread the bids in the Chippewa County Board Room.All bids shall be made on the bid form provided in the Project Manual. Digital copies of the Project Manualincluding plans and specifications are available from QUESTCDN #9934036 for $40.00 per set. Papercopies are available from Rodeberg & Berryman, Inc., Consulting Engineers, 119 S. First Street, P.O. Box55, Montevideo, Minnesota, 56265, upon payment of $150.00 per set.
