This IFB incorporates all technical, safety, and compliance requirements from the Brewery Avenue Scope of Work.

All work shall comply with MAG Standard Specifications andADOT Standard Specifications, as applicable.Additional Requirements:• Utility Coordination: Contractor must notify Arizona 811 at least five (5) working days priorto excavation and protect all utilities.• Permits: Obtain City right-of-way permits and comply with ADOT traffic controlrequirements.• Traffic Control: Provide and maintain traffic control per MUTCD and ADOT standards,including approved traffic control plans.• Environmental Compliance: Legally dispose of all debris and unsuitable material offsiteper federal, state, and local regulations.• Site Constraints: Maintain safe access for residents, businesses, and emergency vehiclesat all times.• Dust and Noise Control: Implement measures to minimize dust and noise; daily cleanuprequired.• Working Hours: Normal hours are 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
