Description: FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO LIBERAL MID-AMERICA REGIONAL AIRPORT (LBL) EXPAND TERMINAL PARKING LOT FAA IIJA/AIP NO. 3-20-0050-038/039-2026 Online bids for improvements to the Liberal Mid-America Regional Airport (LBL) will be received by the City of Liberal through QuestCDN at www.hwlochner.com until bid closing on Tuesday, May 12th, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. (CDT). Bid results will be available through QuestCDN at www.hwlochner.com within one hour after the bidding closes. An online reading of the bids is available for all prospective bidders thirty (30) minutes after the bids are due. The reading will be held via Microsoft Teams. You are not required to have Microsoft Teams to attend the online reading of the bids as you are able to access the meeting via the online Microsoft Teams program. Each online bid submittal must include a PDF copy of a Bid Bond executed by a Surety Company in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the total bid made payable to the City of Liberal and uploaded to QuestCDN as part of the bid submittal process. The Bidder must supply all the information required by the proposal forms and specifications and must bid on all items. The City of Liberal reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject any or all portions of, the various bid items. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days from the opening thereof. A non-mandatory in-person pre-bid meeting will be on Tuesday, April 28th, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (CDT) at Rock Island Depot, 4 Rock Island Road, Liberal, KS 67091.
