Rosebrook Park Improvements

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work includes the demo of existing wading pool and playground site and construction of parking lot , site furnishings, play areas, and landscaping for park, including associated earthwork. Playground and splashpad equipment and surfacing will be provided and installed by Flagship Recreation, and coordination with them is required.

RECEIPT AND OPENING OF PROPOSALS: Proposals for the work described below will be received electronically through BidVAULT until 11:00 AM local time on Friday, March 6, 2026, at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read.

PROJECT ADMINISTRATION: All questions relative to this project prior to opening of bids shall be directed to the City’s project engineer for the projects. It shall be understood, however that no specifications interpretations will be made by telephone.
