REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) BRIDGE REHABILITATION AND REPLACEMENT PROGRAM PHASE IV Provide professional engineering services to prepare plans, specifications, and an estimate for this project. Repairs to include fire repair, erosion mitigation, asphalt approaches, joint seal replacement, deck sealing, and barrier replacement. This includes addressing deficiencies indicated in the Caltrans Bridge Inspection Reports and preparing necessary environmental documentation for this project. The proposed bridges include: Pershing Avenue over Smith Canal (29C0242) San Joaquin Street over Mormon Slough (29C0237) Manthey Road over Walker Slough (29C0400) Airport Way over Duck Creek (29C0093 L/R)
