Description: The Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the purchase (or leasing) and implementation of an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) System through installation, training, operations, support and maintenance services to streamline medical records management while improving resident and patient care and create more efficient workflows through the implementation of an EMR solution. Proposals will be received by Livingston County at the Livingston County Government Center, 6 Court St., Room 302, Geneseo, New York until 11:00 a.m. July 15, 2026 in accordance with the proposal documents.
