Work includes but is not necessarily limited to: Masonry Services for  construction and repair work beyond the University's capability to perform with in house personnel. This work may include repair, renovation, or minor construction for buildings, structures and appurtenances including both interior and exterior work. Work will also include the installation and construction of items such as patios, walkways, steps, retaining walls, etc. The work may also include associated excavating, demolition, earthwork, and landscaping. Sidewalk construction is specifically excluded from this contract.
