Background

The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC or Commission) is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified firms for a brand study. This project will learn how community residents understand and relate to the Department, its mission, and its values as represented by its brand; learn about its existing Department patrons; and identify under-served populations within the County.
