Request for Proposal (RFP) for Category 1 Wide Area Network E-Rate Services (RFP #26-40A)
The Rapides Parish School Board is seeking Request for Proposals from qualified proposers/contractors who can demonstrate their ability to provide goods and services to the District to obtain a solution for E-Rate services throughout Rapides Parish in the District’s schools and support facilities. Rapides Parish School Board is seeking Internet services to all schools and administrative offices.
Proposal information may be obtained by sending a request to [email protected] or from www.CentralAuctionHouse.com (fees may be associated with the use of this site).
Sealed proposals will be received in the Purchasing Department, in the Rapides Parish School Board Office, 619 Sixth Street, Alexandria, Louisiana, 71301, until 9:00 A.M., March 25, 2025. Proposals will be received until the stated date and time; late proposals arriving after the stated date and time will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Proposals must be in a sealed envelope and shall be marked “RFP # 26-40A Category 1 Wide Area Network E-Rate Services” with the proposer’s name.
Late proposals arriving after the state due date and time will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
