No late bids accepted. Obtaining Bid Packages: Specifications, general instructions, and Bid Forms must be obtained at the Winchendon Town Hall 109 Front St, Winchendon, Ma 01475 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday or by emailing For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address.. Bidders are required to submit bids on the Bid Forms provided.
