Description: Services to be provided in this contract are hauling approximately 2,100 cubic yards of biosolids materials throughout the year from the Spearfish Wastewater Treatment Plant to the Gillette Wastewater Treatment Plant at 3101 South Garner Lake Road, Gillette Wyoming. The? City of Spearfish ?will receive and accept bids by sealed paper copy to Michele Freed at the Public Works Office at 625 N 5th St Spearfish SD 57783. Paper Bids must be submitted upon the printed bid form and sealed with the items being bid clearly indicated on the outside for each project.
