Summary

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Collin County, TX invites sealed bids for 2025-230 , Juvenile Detention Façade Replacement .

The County is seeking sealed proposals from General Contractors capable of replacing the façade of the Collin County Juvenile Detention Center Addition.

The opinion of probable construction cost for this contract is one hundred and fifty thousand ($150,000.00) .

Background

SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES all materials, labor, equipment, tools, machinery, facilities, and services to produce or be incorporated in such construction. The Contract will be a general contract to replace the façade at Collin County Juvenile Detention Center located at 4700 Community Boulevard Road McKinney, Texas 75071.

The site visit will consist of meeting at 4700 Community Boulevard and a walk through of the area.

The opinion of probable construction cost for this contract is $150,000.

Payment for the contract work shall be made pursuant to the terms of the Contract Documents.
