This addendum, issued to bid document holders of record, indicates changes to the Bid
Documents issued February 10, 2026 and amended per Addendum No. 3 issued on March 20,
2026. All changes described herein shall be incorporated into the contractor’s bid proposal. This
addendum is part of the Contract Documents. Acknowledgement of receipt of this Addendum is
required on the respective Bid Form.

The following notes, changes, additions, and replacements shall be incorporated into the Project
Manual or drawings as applicable:
ITEM 1. Additional Information & Questions
A. Question: Please provide the bidders list.
a. Answer: See attached.
B. Question: Provide information regarding the fire alarm needs for the project.
a. Answer: Fire alarm system is not required for this project.
C. Question: Is there coping stone as indicated on 2/D102 on the project.
a. Answer: No. Pool gutter is to be installed as shown on L602, flush with the top
edge of the concrete pool deck slab and as it currently exists.
D. Question: Drawings E100, Note 1; Existing meter to be disconnected are we to install
new meter outside?
a. Answer: Meter socket shall be provided on building exterior of Mechanical/
Storage room in location called out on E102. Coordinate disconnection of existing
service with installation of new service for limited down time.
E. Question: E401 Who supplies Data Rack? If contractor does, need info. Power to rack?
Just 120V?
a. Answer: Data Equipment Rack will be provided by the City IT Department.
Power circuit shown on E401 for bid purposes. Power connection requirements at
equipment shall be coordinated with supplied equipment.
F. Question: Does Electrical Contractor disconnect all branch circuits conduit and wire?
a. Answer: Electrical Contractor is responsible for disconnection of all existing

circuits connected to Existing Basement Panelboard. Extent of Electrical Contract
demolition is within the basement area. First floor demolition of conduit and
conductors shall be removed as part of General Contract demolition of building
first floor.
G. Question: Regarding the apprenticeship program, is a contractor required to have one in
place even if they will not be employing any apprentices on the project?
a. Answer: Yes
H. Question: Does the entire pool deck require epoxy coated rebar? Are any corrosion
inhibitors or waterproofing admixtures required at the pool deck?
a. Answer: Epoxy coated rebar, corrosion inhibitors and waterproofing admixtures
are not required at the pool deck.
I. Question: Provide contact for Central Hudson Utility for cost of utilities.
