Scope of Work:

Replace the existing swing structure with new play structure and shade structure. Work shall also include reconstruction of the play area, installation of 12" compacted soft-fall material and installation of a new ADA-accessible ramp in play area.

It is WCSD's opinion that the scope of work for this project qualifies for the following license groups: General Engineering A, A21 or Specialty License C25, if the bidder is performing the majority of the work per NRS 338.139.

Sealed bids for the Replacement of the Play Structure at Grace Warner Elementary School will be received by the Washoe County School District’s (WCSD) Purchasing Department located at the Brown Center 14101 Old Virginia Road, Room #0, Reno, NV 89521, until 2:00 p.m., (Local Time) on August 7, 2026. The bids will be opened publicly via a TEAMS Meeting at 2:30 pm (local time).
