Solicitation Description:

The City of Liberty Hill, herein after “City”,seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm orCorporation, herein after “Respondent”, to furnish, install and provide all laborand materials, tools and machinery required for the construction of Phase 1 of the Main Street Streetscape . The project to beconstructed will be financed with assistance from the AmericanRescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) program and is subject to all applicable Federaland State laws and regulations.
