P. 25-07 Disparity Study, For The City of Annapolis, Maryland The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed Proposals for Disparity Study, City of Annapolis, Maryland until 2:00 p.m. local time, Friday, December 6, 2024.   Proposals shall be delivered or emailed to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1 st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401, For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address..  Late submittals shall not be accepted under any circumstances. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, conduct a disparity study on the City of Annapolis’s procurement contracts with small, women-owned, minority-owned, and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses for all types of goods, services, and construction.  This disparity study deliverable in this Request for Proposal (RFP) will be used to help determine whether a legal basis exists to implement appropriate changes to the City of Annapolis’s procurement processes to achieve increased participation and utilization of these categories of businesses.
