Project Description: GEOTHERMAL PLANNING. The City of Sandstone is soliciting Proposals for Geothermal Planning and Analysis Services for the Sandstone School Workforce Housing Project from qualified firms. Responders must have experience in the design and/or installation of geothermal energy systems. The services will be funded, in part, by a grant from the Minnesota Commerce Department. The purpose of the scope of services is to plan for the future installation of a geothermal energy system for the heating and cooling of a 32-unit residential building.
