Project Description: The Dallas/Fort Worth (“DFW”) International Airport Board (“Board”) is seeking information from interested parties to operate a location at Pad Site “E,” within the Southgate Plaza Development. DFW is seeking responses from qualified food & beverage operators interested in developing and operating a full-service restaurant concept at this site of over 1 acre.
This Request for Information (RFI) is issued in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Title 8, Subtitle A, Chapter 252 and/or Government Code 2254, as applicable.
