The compact utility tractor must be new. The successful bidder shall deliver the compact utility tractor to Riley County Parks, 6215 Tuttle Creek Blvd., Manhattan, KS 66503. The following specifications are to be considered as minimum requirements. Exceptions to the specifications may be allowed as determined by Riley County. Compact Utility Tractor with Cab and Front Loader •        44 net HP Diesel engine or larger •        Hydrostatic Transmission •        Disk Brakes •        Power steering •        Cruise Control •        Hydraulic Pump 15 gpm minimum •        Rear hitch •        1 set of rear SCV •        2190 lb or larger, rear lift with 24” behind link arms •        Independent rear pto •        Independent mid pto •        OSHA, SAE and CSA compliant cab for rollover protection •        80 dba noise rated cab or better •        Air ride seat •        LED rear work lights •        Rear wiper •        Bluetooth radio •        68” wheelbase or close to it •        Quick attach removable front-end loader with bucket •        3rd function hydraulics quick coupler for loader Please include in your bid the make, model, year, and any exceptions to the specifications.
