RFP26-910 – Internet Services (Category 1)

The Roseville City School District (“RCSD” or “District”) issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit qualified vendors to provide enterprise-grade, E-Rate-eligible

Internet Access Services to each of the District’s 22 schools and designated support facilities. The resulting agreement will support the District’s instructional and

operational mission and will be structured to comply with all requirements of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Schools and Libraries Program (E-Rate)

administered by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) where applicable.

All questions regarding this RFP should be directed to erate@rcsdk8.org, with the subject of “ERATE RFP#26-910 TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES – Internet Services.” on or before 12:00 p.m. December 4, 2025.
