Overview

Summary

The Rose Bowl Operating Company (“RBOC”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms (the “Contractor”) capable of providing comprehensive ticketing services for Major Events, and select Enterprise Events, held at the Rose Bowl Stadium. “Major Events” are defined as those events where attendance is in excess of 20,000 patrons. The Rose Bowl hosts approximately twenty-five (25) Major Events per calendar year. The initial term of the contract is for one (1) year, commencing on or around December 15, 2026, with two (2) one-year renewal options. Additional information regarding contract scope, terms and other conditions are contained in this RFP.

Background

The Rose Bowl Operating Company is seeking a qualified firm to provide a wide range of ticketing services for its ticketed events. On an on-going basis, Rose Bowl Operating Company (RBOC) contracts Ticketing Company (Company) to provide a wide range of Ticketing Services (Services) to the RBOC and Event Producer (Producer) for ticketed events held at the Rose Bowl (Venue) where RBOC has retained the right to manage ticket sales and services. These Services are usually divided into five phases during the event ticketing planning, selling period and post event period. The company also provides ticket scanning at the entrances to the event, and year-round ticket management for the Venue. In addition, the Services outlined below may be modified (some new services added, some reporting requirements changed and some services may no longer be needed, etc.) from time to time as mutually agreed to by the Parties.

While Company is expected to meet and work with Producer to provide a good number of these Services, Company cannot make or commit to decisions or services that impact the RBOC without obtaining approval from the RBOC Management Team.

Excluded from this Scope of Services are events where RBOC does not retain the right to manage ticket sales and services. Examples include UCLA Football Games, Rose Bowl Flea Market, the Tournament of Roses Rose Bowl Game and events on Brookside Golf Course.
