PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The State of Nebraska (State), Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Division of Public Health is issuing this solicitation for a service contract for the purpose of selecting a qualified bidder to provide Overdose Data to Action in States (OD2A-S) Program Performance Measurement and Evaluation. A more detailed description can be found in Section 0. The resulting contract may not be an exclusive contract as the State reserves the right to contract for the same or similar services from other sources now or in the future.
