Description: Estimated Project Cost: $100,000 Contract Working Days: 10 This project includes reconfiguring the 4 leg, 2-way stop-controlled intersection of Wheeler Rd & Road L NE into a single lane traversable roundabout.  Contractor will install Vortex Modular System manufactured by ZKxKZ, LLC by method of ~ 862 stainless steel anchoring kits, traffic control, detours to northbound & southbound Road L, striping, pavement marking revisions & signage installation.  Contractor will be responsible for all materials, labor and equipment necessary to complete the work.  City will supply ancillary installation equipment, modular roundabout materials and on-site installation consulting (to be scheduled) provided by ZKxKZ, LLC, permanent signing, and tubular markers.
