BRIEF PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Work will include the replacement of the boilers with minor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing modifications to be completed to tie the new boilers into the existing system. In addition there will be minor concrete slab work, wall and floor patching, painting, door and frame replacement, door hardware updates, new lighting, roofing, and other related items will be part of this work.
