2025 Chesterfield Family Aquatic Center Painting Project

Sealed Proposals will be received by the City of Chesterfield, Parks, Recreation and Arts Department, Chesterfield City Hall, 690 Chesterfield Parkway West, Chesterfield, Missouri, 63017, until 9:00 A.M. (prevailing central time) on Friday, February 21, 2025.

The Chesterfield Aquatic Center Painting Project includes furnishing labor, equipment, materials, and service necessary for the project where shown in the specifications.

Each proposal must be accompanied by a cashier’s check or certified check, or a Proposal Bond executed by the Provider and an approved surety company and payable to the City, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the sum total of the base proposals.

A Performance, Payment and Guarantee Bond is required.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, to waive informalities therin to determine the lowest and best proposal, and to approve the bond. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the specified time for receipt of Proposals.
