Description:	West Cook Road from Huguenard to 800 feet west of Lima Road, enhancing pedestrian safety by adding a signalized pedestrian crossing with ADA-compliant ramps and new connecting 5' wide sidewalk segments (1,200 feet) on the south side of Cook Road. Additionally, the project will improve vehicle traffic by replacing deteriorated concrete pavement, milling the existing surface, and applying a watertight road fabric beneath 3.5 inches of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) in multiple lifts. Updated traffic striping will further optimize traffic flow and safety.
