Description: VILLAGE OF VICTOR VICTOR, NEW YORK WWTP HEAT EXCHANGER PROCUREMENT ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS In accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law, sealed Bids for the procurement of the WWTP Heat Exchanger Procurement will be received by Village of Victor, at the office of the Village of Victor, 60 E Main Street, Victor, New York 14564, until 11:00 AM local time on October 20, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Village of Victor is replacing the sludge heater exhanger at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. This bid is for the purpose of procuring a new heat exchanger. Separate sealed Bids will be received for: Material Bid Bids shall be on a Lump Sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form.
