This emergency project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials from the recent storm events to include removal of sediment and debris within the basin at Third Avenue and bring the basin back to its original grade lines shown in the attached plan set (Appendix G).

MANDATORY PRE-BID FIELD MEETING will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 19, 2026 for this project. All interested contractors shall meet Marc Morales at the City Hall located at 9700  Seventh Street, City of Hesperia.

All questions related to this project MUST BE SUBMITTED prior to 5:00 p.m. on February 11, 2026 via the PUBLIC | PURCHASE  online bidding platform. Questions submitted after the deadline will not receive a response.
