Description: The City of Clemson is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Mountain View Sewer Replacement project. The proposed scope of work includes: replacement of approximately 2,294 LF of 8” sanitary sewer line (open cut and 8” HDPE pipe bursting); installation of 14 sanitary sewer manholes; and associated asphalt pavement repair and related work. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on June 4, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. EST. The site visit will be in the Engineering Conference Room of City Hall, located at 1250 Tiger Blvd., Ste. 5, Clemson, SC 29631. Bids will be received until June 25, 2026, 2:00 p.m. EST and promptly thereafter all bids that have been duly received will be opened and read aloud.
