At that time the bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following work: The project consists of pedestrian-focused improvements to four railroad crossings in Norcross, Georgia: Rowan Street, Autry Street, Holcomb Bridge Road, Park Drive/Jones Street, and Langford Road. Improvements include concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, drainage structures, striping, grading, and erosion control.
