The Township of Mahwah hereby issues Addendum #1 for the above project, and is hereby made

part of said Contract Documents to the same extent as though it were originally included therein.

The contract documents REQUIRE that each Bidder acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in

the space provided on the form in the bid package.

1. Bid Specifications, Section 331417, Paragraph 1.08 is hereby deleted.

2. Bid receipt date is amended from Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 11:30 AM to Tuesday, May

5, 2026 at 11:30 AM.

The contract documents REQUIRE that each bidder ACKNOWLEDGE receipt of this

Addendum in the space provided on the proposal form. This addendum shall amend,

supplement, and supersede the Contract Documents only as and to the extent stated herein.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ANY BID PACKAGE SENT TO BIDDERS ON OR

AFTER APRIL 17, 2026 WILL BE SENT THIS ADDENDUM ALONG WITH THE BID

PACKAGE. THESE BIDDERS MUST STILL ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF THIS

ADDENDUM.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, C. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27).
